Role Objective

Lead industrial & warehouse leasing mandates, drive landlord representation, and close mid-to-large ticket transactions across logistics parks and standalone facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and close industrial & warehousing leasing transactions

• Represent developers under exclusive mandates

• Build occupier pipeline (3PL, manufacturing, e-commerce)

• Conduct site inspections, feasibility studies, and rental benchmarking

• Lead commercial negotiations and documentation coordination

• Maintain updated inventory database of Grade A & B stock

• Achieve monthly billing and transaction targets

KPIs

• Gross Commission Revenue (GCR) target

• New mandates onboarded

• Occupier conversions

• Repeat developer business

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of industrial micro-markets

• Negotiation & financial modelling skills

• Local developer network

• CRM discipline & reporting hygiene
