Pune has continued to witness healthy absorption during H1 2023, about 3.21 M Sq. Ft of new space take up was witnessed during the period.
Manufacturing remained as a dominant sector across all micro markets. About 73% of the total absorption recorded was towards the Chakan - Talegaon Industrial cluster.
